Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering me to be your artist! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to read the following.

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. Your booking is only confirmed once this payment has been received.

  • Booking fees cannot be refunded or transferred to another date, person, or service. Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • We are closed on Mondays. Our standard operating hours are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday. These times can be flexible subject to availability .

  • Appointments starting before 7:00 am incur an early call-out fee of $50 per hour (or part thereof).

  • A 20% surcharge applies to all public holiday bookings.

  • If a second artist is required to accommodate your booking, a $100 second artist coordination fee will apply.

  • To protect the time reserved exclusively for you, Cancellations made within 48hrs of an event booking or within 1month for a bridal booking will be charged at the full booking amount.

  • Travel fees will apply depending on your location and will be quoted at the time of booking.

  • All parking including hotel/off street parking is to be covered by the client.

  • If the artist is required to move their vehicle during the appointment, a $20 fee per move will apply. Moving vehicles interrupts the service and requires additional times. Please be mindful of areas such as Brunswick, Fitzroy, South Yarra, Richmond etc.

  • Bridal trials are offered once your wedding booking has been confirmed. We highly recommend a trial to ensure you feel completely confident and excited about your look for the big day.

  • Please let us know of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment so we can take every possible precaution.

  • To help your morning run smoothly, please ensure there is adequate lighting, access, and a clean space for us to work.

  • Any additional services requested on the day are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
